In Spain, 48% cite social interaction as the main benefit of going to the workplace.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The value is no longer in the &#8220;square meters,&#8221; but in the <b><strong>quality of the interactions<\/strong><\/b> that the space facilitates.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Spain, 71% warn of long-term risks associated with remote work, mentioning impacts on professional relationships and development: four out of ten people indicate that the lack of physical presence <b><strong>harms relationships<\/strong><\/b> between colleagues and can slow progress.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The health aspect also emerges: 24% warn of a possible negative <b><strong>impact on physical or mental health<\/strong><\/b> (sedentary lifestyle, isolation, difficulty disconnecting).<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is emphasized that <b><strong>the balance between in-person and remote work is the most satisfying<\/strong><\/b>; hybrid models generate greater satisfaction<\/strong><\/b>that the total remote or the presentiality 100%. Why? Because they allow to combine individual flexibility with the benefits of face-to-face interaction.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But the hybrid has a trap: if the office is a broth of home work (put in line, saturated rooms, noise, few focus areas), the experience is degraded. The consequence is predictable: aid falls, internal policies are tightened and the debate becomes &#8220;face vs remote,&#8221; when<b><strong>the real debate is &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/megdev01.com\/10-senales-oficina-empresa-necesita-optimizacion-espacio\/\">office with value<\/a>vs office worthless. &#8220;<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The solution is not to force.
